Pearl Alley Bistro has been in business since 1973, beginning as a wine bar and continuing to its current existence as a fine dining restaurant with a casual bistro atmosphere. A restaurant has actually been situated in our upstairs location for almost a hundred years.

We are proud to feature local, organic produce and hormone free meats and sustainable fish. This means our menu may change on short notice when we find something new or something we have been getting in is suddenly done for the season. I'm sure you'll appreciate our dedication too using whatever is the freshest and finest of ingredients and allow us to change our menu depending on the whims of the weather and farmers' schedules. We may not get to say it often enough, but thank you to growers such as Amy at Freewheelin Farms and Arthur who brings in our figs and Joe over at Dirty Girl and to our favorite wild mushroom hunter (who would rather remain anonymous) and Russ at Royal Hawaiian Seafood and everyone else whose names don't fit, but whose spirit does. We couldn't make great food without their great ingredients.
